2.1. Гвозди изготавливаются в соответствии с требованиями настоящего стандарта к технологическому регламенту, утвержденному в установленном порядке.
Гвозди изготавливаются из отожженной проволоки марки М2 по ГОСТ 859-2001.

2.2. Асимметрия оси головки относительно оси стержня не должна превышать:
0,2 мм — | на | гвозди | диаметр | сеть | 1,2 мм; |

2.3. Допускается наличие на полотне продольных лысок с поперечной риской, а под головкой — насечек.

2.4. Угол клина гвоздя не должен превышать 40°.
2.5. Поверхность шляпок гвоздей должна быть без вмятин, неровностей, плен, заусенцев и наслоений.
Допускаются следы от умирающих разъемов.
2.6. Изогнутый гвоздь не должен превышать:
0,2 мм — | для | гвозди | длина | 20 мм; |
0,3 мм | ” | ” | ” | 30−50 мм; |
0,5 мм | ” | ” | ” | 60-80 мм; |

2.7. Теоретическая масса медных гвоздей указана в заявке.

Химический состав сплава A286 имеет основу из железа с содержанием никеля 24% и содержанием хрома от 13 до 16,5%, что обеспечивает превосходные механические свойства A286 и коррозионную стойкость. Сплав Cres A286 обладает высокой пластичностью в срезах. Благодаря уникальным химическим свойствам прочность на разрыв при напряжении сплава А286 превосходит многие другие коммерческие сплавы с сопоставимыми высокотемпературными свойствами.
